The Q Revo is a fantastic option if you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that is middle-of-the-road. It's got a fantastic mopping capability, but it lacks some of the features found in its more expensive sibling.

It's a challenge with carpets that are high-pile or plush however iRobot claims that future models will be more efficient.

It's an improvement over the hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are widely used however we found it to be just marginally superior to circular models.

iRobot also claims the S9+ comes with a superior filtering system that stops microscopic dust particles and allergens from circulating within your home. It's a nice claim however, we're not convinced it's enough to justify the premium price tag.

Its smart navigation system uses a combination of sensors to remember your home's layout and vSLAM technology to map the interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles, like stairs and other barriers and to tidy up your entire house efficiently possible. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, and create virtual boundary markers, so it knows to avoid areas that require more attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it is about robots that can combine mopping and vacuuming the Roborock Q Revo is a standout. Its vac settings are as effective as those on higher-end models, and its mopping system is better still--its spinning pads do a much better job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.
