Kolcraft Cloud Plus

Created for families that are on the move. Lightweight and compact, with an easy one-handed fold. All-terrain wheels with front suspension, as well as a multi-position reclining seats can allow children to weigh up to 50 lbs. The trays for parents and children and a large storage basket and a 3-tiered canopy with the peekaboo window offer maximum sun protection.

The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design that is dated. It is also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This is a bad choice for those looking for the cheapest option.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it has enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make it easy to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage but it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's difficult to push it while your legs hang like that. The lack of padding makes it even more difficult.

During our tests, we found the Cloud to be simple to set up and open. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider and then press the large white button. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of children while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket. It can fit a large diaper bag. The basket is a bit small and you might have to put something in it to reach the back. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Kolcraft is an established family business that has been operating since 1946. The first products they made were crib pads and diapers, but they now manufacture an array of baby products like highchairs and strollers for infants, car seats and toys. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's perfect for trips. It's light at 18 pounds (lighter than many single strollers!) and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also features independently reclined seats, as well as large SPF50 sunvisors with a peekaboo view. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate kids of different heights. It also has an integrated one-step parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.

The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have a strong neck control in order to ride on the front seat. The stroller comes with three panels of sun canopy, and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.

Another extremely light side-by-side stroller is Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's tinier and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) and comes with a lot of elegant features that make it ideal for travel. It has a super simple fold, is very movable and can fit in airplane overhead compartments and trunks easily.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has a few key differences. It's a bit more expensive but offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also has a convenient carry strap and can accommodate children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller packed with features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs and comes with plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket as well as a parent storage compartment, and more. The stroller is also compatible with a child's car seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. This stroller is designed to grow with your child. It can be transformed from a baby to a toddler stroller simply by attaching car seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children ages six months and over.

The stroller is swivel-wheel only and no locking feature, so it may not be the best option for terrain that is steep or rocky. It is able to maneuver well on sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, however, so it's still an excellent option for most families.

This stroller is among the most lightweight double buggy from birth strollers with full-size features in an elegant, compact twin stroller design. The quick-close feature allows you to fold it with only one hand in a matter of seconds, and it's small enough to store easily in your trunk or garage. It can also be used as an infant stroller and is compatible with a variety of car seats without the need for extra adapters.

The Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is different from most strollers that are lightweight because it features two separate seats that can each support up to 100 lbs. The seats have individual leg rests and 3-panel canopy that has flip-out sunvisors and peekaboo window.

The seats are padded for your baby's comfort and come with a padded 5-point safety harness that adjusts to three height positions. Joovy Kooper X2

The Kooper X2 is an excellent option for parents looking for a lightweight double stroller that can hold two children. Its sling-style seats are comfortable, and they offer the same amount of headroom as other double buggy newborn strollers. This lets kids sit together. In contrast to other strollers that are side-by-side, the Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that's an ideal spot to nap. Its recline feature is easy to use, however it's not really flat. Taller children may have a leg hanging when in the reclined position. It also has a huge canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking the sun's rays than other strollers in our evaluation of the top double strollers.

The stroller is light enough to maneuver through door frames, which was a major problem for us with other models we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are close to the ground. Its only flaw is its relatively small storage space, which is cramped when full of kid stuff.
